I love wine, but I was always embarrassed by the bottle opening process.  I can’t use a regular corkscrew to save my life, so it was always annoying to have to ask someone else to do the honours.  Particularly when there are guests.

However, over the last few years there have been great strides in the wine bottle openers business, and I can finally open a bottle without asking for assistance.

I’m sharing my experiences with the best of the best—at least so far as I’m concerned—here with you.
